Job Title: Warranty Claims Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55k-70k based on experience

Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Submit warranty claims to proper manufacturer
• Grow team of admins and hold accountable
• Coach team through new policies and procedures
• Ensure team schedule is managed and hours are covered
• Prepare monthly bonuses for team members
• Prepare and run weekly team meetings and submit minutes
• Verify time cards for team members and submit to payroll
• Track trends of warranty statistics and report monthly
• Review claims for accuracy, completion, and proper submittal
• Responsible for day to day business practices
• Reconcile schedules, payments, and credits
• Assist with warranty quotation and prior authorization
• Billing of repair orders
• Stay up to date on the latest manufacturer training and processes
• Answer inbound phone calls, setting appointments for service
• Assist guests with warranty calls/issues/questions
• Gather warranty and recall information
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Other administrative and accounting duties

Required Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Knowledge of filing claims for warranty to a manufacturer
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you to work every day
• Team building skills
• Must be self motivated and have a desire to want to assist others
• Must have good computer navigation skills
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
