Claims Processing Clerk, Sr. jobs in Arizona

This position will provide customer service to claimants and provide clerical support to the Adjusters.

The responsibilities of the position include:

• Answer phones and provide customer service, including loss reports, coverage information and assisting Adjuster with remedial claims questions
• Data entry including loss report information and processing of Adjuster’s instructions
• Assisting Adjusters with ordering police reports, answering questions and typing
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Good telephone and typing skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
