Claims Processing Director jobs in Orlando, FL

Claims Processing Director plans and directs one or more departments responsible for administration of health insurance claims, payment processing, billing research, and responding to inquiries. Establishes and implements organizational policies and procedures; may offer guidance on the appropriate handling of complex or high-value claims. Being a Claims Processing Director develops and executes strategic business plans for the department. Coordinates operations with other areas of the organization. Additionally, Claims Processing Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Claims Processing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Claims Processing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Bureau of Claim Scene Investigations (BCSI) is an insurance claims adjusting and
    investigation firm. From our headquarters in Groveland, Florida, we service the entire
    State of Florida. BCSI handles a comprehensive selection of both everyday and
    catastrophic damage claims. BCSI handles everything from small to complex and high-
    value claims.

    BCSI 1099 Adjusters are independent contractors that will investigate and evaluate
    property claims in accordance with our client guidelines. Provide timely, accurate, fair,
    and professional service to all clients and insured parties while maintaining a high level
    of production.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Obtain state licensing where required.
    • Experience preparing estimates with Xactimate or Symbility.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to organize and manage time.
    • Have strong knowledge of insurance policies.
    • Ability to use equipment such as measuring devices, digital cameras, ladders.
    • Candidate must have an active estimating system (required by client), and have
    the ability to send electronic reports through the Internet.
    • Physical ability to perform the job.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • To handle any type of claims for BCSI, you will be required to take a drug test and

    go through our criminal background check process.
