Claims Quality Audit Supervisor jobs in Hilton Head Island, SC

Our Rincon, GA, Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor. 

The role is responsible for implementing Quality Assurance objectives in our distribution centers. In addition to daily oversight of quality activities, this position will organize investigations and reworks related to quality issues. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be key in developing process documentation for our Quality Management System. 

We are looking for someone to fill our 1st shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities: 

• Coordinate materials, tools, and supplies for Quality Assurance (QA) technicians. 
• Maintains data and report metrics for incoming inspections. 
• Coordinate inbound product inspections and inspection report distribution. 
• Partner with distribution center teams to drive improvements in product handling, movement, storage, and repacks. 
• Provide reporting for the status of QA Hold and Location 0030 items. 
• Arrange SAP movement of product to and from Quality Hold. 
• Provide support to the development of process documents and work instructions for our Quality Management System. 
• Develop work instruction and time studies to estimate cost timeline for completion of reworks/special projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED or the equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. 
• Experience in coordinating and managing teams and projects. 
• Working knowledge of Warehouse operations, processes, and best practices. 
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access. 
• Experience in executing complex projects and processes. 
• Self-starter, ability to work well with little to no direct supervision. 

Beneficial Qualifications

• Bicycle mechanic knowledge/experience.
• Basic working knowledge of SAP.
