Selects claims through random processes and/or other criteria. Being a Claims Quality Auditor makes recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Auditor typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Claims Quality Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to help provide a high level of service to our resort guests while also ensuring that the outlets are well staffed at all times. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, as well as effectively communicate with other staff members. The successful candidate will also be required to perform nightly audits to ensure that all guests have paid for their stay and will thoroughly clean the hotel rooms before guests arrive.
