Claims Quality Auditor audits claims for coding accuracy, benefit payment, contract interpretation, and compliance with policies and procedures. Selects claims through random processes and/or other criteria. Being a Claims Quality Auditor makes recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Auditor typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Claims Quality Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Job Purpose

    Our Quality Technicians are responsible for ensuring that quality-related functions are executed on the shop floor. Specifically, they must follow work instructions, read blueprints, use hand tools, lab tools, gauges and multiple components, build, test, inspect, sample, produce charts, graphs,

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform thorough analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
    • Monitor testing procedures and processes to maintain adherence to protocols and standard methods.
    • Interpret test results and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for testing procedures and equipment maintenance.
    • Ensure equipment is properly calibrated, validated, and maintained for optimal performance.
    • Promote safety practices among team members and maintain a secure work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of three to five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in mathematical concepts and reading blueprints.
    • Experience using measuring and lab equipment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Job Type: Full-time

    • Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, daily overtime and off shifts as needed.
