Regions Hospital is seeking a leader with healthcare experience to join our amazing outpatient Rehab department supervising our clerical staff at multiple locations. This position will work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30a-5:00p. Under the direction of the Rehab Manager, oversees and supervises the scheduling and support functions related to the assigned site. In conjunction with rehab management, this position hires, trains, directs, supports, and monitors the work of all scheduling and support staff in assigned area. This position will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Rehabilitations strategic plan, goals and functions. With a thorough knowledge of scheduling and staffing operations, this position will recommend and implement changes to improve service delivery.
