Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our services, and ensuring a positive client experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for B2B sales and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling and sending emails to prospective clients.
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Attend Marketing meetings and come up with strategies to increase connections.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash
- Familiarity with B2B sales preferred but not required.
- Experience in customer service required
Salary: 30% Commission Pay each off every finalized contract. Bonus Pay.
