Client Service Associate

Step into an instrumental role for a wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. This role provides support by assisting in daily business operations, maintaining client management system (CRM) and administering client relationship support. The role will also perform other practice management tasks relating to client service as needed.

Areas Of Responsibility:

· Prepare for client meetings by compiling necessary reports to ensure the advisor has all items needed

· Provide insight and recommendations to effectively use key tools such as CRM and online marketing initiatives

· Provide follow-up documentation and responses to clients and advisor· Work to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issues

· Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts

· Coordinate client appreciation events, campaigns and seminars - logistics, social media campaigns, mailings, etc.

Job Requirements:

· 2 years administrative experience within the financial service industry is preferred

· College degree in business or finance is preferred

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Attention to detail and organization

· Effective and efficient time management

· Pleasant and energetic personality

· Ability to work autonomously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
