Description
The Sales Consultant role is a sales position that consists of identifying client-based businesses, employers, and owners/operators looking to improve their client care strategy, company culture, and employee engagement within their organization.
Requirements
Duties and responsibilities will primarily revolve around the areas of:
- Prospecting for high-level partnership business with client-based business owners/operators in various industries including but not limited to mortgage lending, real estate, financial services, accounting, medical, consulting, healthcare, non-profit, and other professionals
- Identifying and selling into employers looking to implement an employee engagement strategy to improve retention, job satisfaction, and overall company culture
- Procuring new Member relationships
- Developing systems for selling
- Practicing elegant customer service and hospitality among members
Sales duties will include but not be limited to cold calling, zoom meetings, webinars, and lead follow-up. Additional requirements include:
- Seasoned sales professional with a proven track record
- Familiar with strategic business development
- Knowledge of the relevant industries and processes in sale
- Ability to interface with and convert decision makers
- Elevated customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Problem-solving skills
Your duties and responsibilities will primarily revolve around the areas of procuring new Member relationships, prospecting for new sales, increasing orders on current accounts, developing systems for selling, and customer service.
