Maki Precision Machining Programmer Job Description
Maki Precision Machining is looking for a full time CNC programmer and setup machinist who will perform a wide range of tasks. The machinist will be required to make precision metal parts from either 2D prints or 3D files from start to finish and in tolerance according to the spec print. Most work will be done on a 3, 4 , or 5 axis mill with both Fanuc and Haas controls. Machinist will also need to aide operators in the day-to-day operation of said CNC mills. The position will require a very proactive work ethic and knowledge of a wide range of manufacturing processes. The machinist will also need to be able to order appropriate tooling for their jobs and be able to design/manufacture work holding for those jobs as well.
Being able to setup Mill, Lathes and CNC Swiss is a plus.
