Audit Support Specialist/Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the employee benefit plan audit team with lower-level audit support and administrative tasks.
  
  

• Preparing/sending information request lists to clients.
  
  

• Gathering data from the client, sharing/coordinating with our internal audit teams.
  
  

• Performing/making some selections for audit testing.
  
  

• Assisting with preparing proofing, and formatting of audit documents, correspondence, memos and reports for internal and external use.
  
  

• Processing of drafts and final copies of documents such as financial statements (electronic and bound copies).
  
  

• Assisting with new client setup within Client Portal (database).
  
  

• Setting up and utilizing mail merges for creating and mailing client audit confirmations.
  
  

Requirements:

Associates degree in Business, Communications, Office/Business Technology, or related field is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Successful candidates will have proven ability to manage multiple tasks, solid organizational skills and ability to interact with clients. This role calls for one to be professional and detail oriented This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. 2 years of experience in a similar client facing administrative support role is preferred.
