    Summary

    We are a nationwide corporate service/registered agent provider and have an excellent opportunity for a professional with administrative and/or legal experience. The candidate will provide customer service for our law firm and entity clients.

    We are looking for a candidate to join our team and experience the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented professional company. Applicants should be computer-knowledgeable, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication and be organized and detail-oriented.

    Responsibilities

    • Document review.
    • Order processing.
    • Researching questions and communicating to clients.
    • Updating company records and providing order results to clients on a short turnaround.
    • Utilize proprietary processing software, public websites, and Microsoft Office to obtain documents or arrange for their filing, report results and add related charges to the order.

    Requirements

    • Successful candidate must have excellent keyboard skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Bachelors' degree or 2 years of related experience in an office involved with legal or corporate legal services transactions is required.
    • The ideal candidate must have a genuine interest in the legal field and be eager to learn.
    • Excellent customer service skills, and strong computer and research skills are required.
    • The candidate should be well organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and be a team player.

    Additional Information

    Job Type: Full time; M-F Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Salary Range: $50k - $58k


    Entity Services Administrative Assistant - Charlotte, NC

    Summary

    We are looking for a candidate with prior corporate and customer service knowledge to join our team and experience the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented professional company.     Responsibilities

    • Process and review billing information with a high level of accuracy
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing procedures
    • Engage directly with clients to address billing inquiries and provide assistance as needed
    • Conduct accurate data entry of client information, ensuring precision through the review of state/county websites
    • Work with public offices and commercial agents on the client's behalf
    • Thoroughly review legal documentation – attention to detail is a must
    • Help clients to use Cogency Global’s proprietary applications (training provided)
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compliance information with discretion.

    Requirements

    • Prior Corporate knowledge and administrative/billing experience is preferred (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook software)
    • Demonstrate prompt responsiveness to client questions and concerns
    • Efficiently multitask to handle various responsibilities effectively
    • Collaborate effectively as a team player within the organization.
    • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s Degree
