Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction by recruiting the right employees for the right job.

Duties:

- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and fill new job opportunities.

- Assist applicants and job seekers with account management, including seeking new applicants, updating account information, and processing for employment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of applicants.

- Assist potential employees with the onboarding process.

- Paid certification training to conduct drug screenings and background checks in office.

Experience:

- Previous experience with cold-calling and scheduling.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office required.

- Knowledge of Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or ZoomInfo is a plus!
