Animal Health Care of Marlboro is seeking a full time Client Services Representative to join our team! We are a small, tight knit team who all have one thing in common – the love for animals. Our CSR’s are the face of AHC. We take great pride in providing the upmost care and attention to detail for both the patients and clients alike.
Expected responsbilities include, but not limited to:
Greeting clients, making them feel welcome
-Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
-Checking clients in, preparing new electronic medical files and maintaining accurate patient records
-Working with electronic medical records (EMR)
-Collecting payment at the conclusion of a visit
-Liaison communication between clients and veterinarians
-Ability to triage situations over the phone
-Basic knowledge of veterinary products (vaccines, preventatives, medications)
-General hospital care and maintenance
-Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
-Great people skills to assist in client education
-Desire and motivated to learn and to be taught
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 31 – 38 per week
