Client Services Advocate
Responsibilities
This role has a significant impact in counseling women and couples in crises pregnancies. The Client Advocate meets directly with clients to provide information on life-affirming support. The Client Advocate owns the relationship from intake to one year following the birth of the child with the clients in their caseload.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
· 2 years working in a professional setting
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster trust and build relationships
· Active listening and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate reliable information
Ability to work at all three of our locations in Bucks County and Philadelphia is required. Outstanding total compensation package.
