Client Services Director plans and directs professional implementation service operations and resources to deploy technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Oversees the operations of a team of project managers, business analysts, technology consultants, and implementation specialists who interface with client organizations to implement technical solutions. Being an Client Services Director ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Additionally, Client Services Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. In this critical leadership role, you will lead the Regional Leadership and sales teams responsible for client acquisition and retention. Day to day, you will: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy for Private Client Services to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Provide strategic direction to Regional Directors and advisor teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives. Represent sales and service strategy in the PCS Management Committee and other leadership forums. Identify and pursue national strategic business opportunities, cultivating relationships with strategic partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, families, private entities, and COIs. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and drive advisor accountability to performance and activity expectations through the Regional Directors. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Partner with internal Capital Group market research teams to conduct regular analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
