Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Position Description
Responsible for proper dissemination of information, system input, and adherence to processes which ensure quality between laboratory clients and the laboratory team. Handles all customer contact received by telephone, in writing, and in person. Troubleshoots inquiries and follows up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately. Ensures Pathology Services is represented in a professional manner with the highest ethical integrity. Performs basic clerical duties such as accessioning and result reporting in the LIS, answering phones and keeping the work area clean.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization. Must be able to multitask, have skills in critical thinking and problem solving and be able to handle stressful situations. Computer skills are required to use the laboratory information system. Extensive organizational skills.
Preferred Requirements
Vocational or technical training or degree. 1 years or more of experience in CLIA accredited laboratory.
