Guardian is growing and would love to welcome in even more talent to support our family with a Client Services Manager. Guardian Veterinary Specialists flagship hospital is in Brewster, NY with two other hospitals in Middletown, NY and the Bronx, NY. This position will be onsite in our Brewster, NY location. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The Client Services Manager must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed, as well.

What you will do:
The Client Services Manager ensures that the clients of Guardian Veterinary Specialists are satisfied. The Client Services Manager role is to provide top notch customer service by leading and motivating the customer service team and creating customer satisfaction goals. The Client Services Manager with oversee the day-to-day operations in the customer service department by providing supervision, guidance, and coaching to the client services team, ensuring each client is provided exceptional customer experience. The Client Services Manager will develop customer satisfaction goals and oversee the implantation of new customer service procedures, develop effective customer service procedures, protocols, and guidelines to establish an replicable standard of service.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of customer service management experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on client services experience.
- Confidence in managing 50 plus staff.
- Very strong customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Ability and willingness to jump in and help the team.
- Ability to handle pressure in a purposeful manner.
- Above board with interacting with all different types of personalities with staff and clients.
- Skilled at multi-tasking.
- Detail oriented and understanding of billing and payments.
- Exceptional de-escalation skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, when needed.
