Job Summary:

As a Client Services Director, you will work in a leadership role and support our Client Services Leadership in managing the department. You should be an energetic, smart, and hardworking person to assist with strategic initiatives and organization of the department. Day-to-day functions require managing a group of high-profile clients while managing managers and coordinators. You will be responsible for client implementation projects and will demonstrate complex decision making abilities on behalf of our company and clients. You will work to resolve problems and ensure that products are delivered timely and as expected, so high attention to detail and ingenuity is a must. You will carry departmental responsibilities in addition to your client-facing role. This is a hands-on leadership role where polish and executive presence are vital. This position may require limited travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing activities related to current client deliverables
• Reporting key updates to top executives in the organization
• Leading key internal analysis projects
• Hosting internal and client conference calls
• Hosting quarterly or annual business reviews
• Researching competitors and client businesses
• Benchmarking statistics against internal and external standards
• Attending conferences and on-site meetings
• Coordinating between various departments in order to meet deliverable deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics Field or Health Field or equivalent experience
• 5 years’ experience in a client services/account management role
• 3 years’ experience in a management role, preferably in a Health field.
• Project management experience managing large projects end to end

• Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Visio proficiency
• IT knowledge with the ability to communicate concepts and strategies across client and cross functional teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to make effective presentations
• Product launch experience is a plus
