Based in beautiful Ruidoso, NM we are an up and coming insurance agency that specializes in providing auto, home, life, health, business and workers comp insurance. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Client Services Representative who can come in and learn the role and business from the ground up.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service, account management, and insurance billing services to customers. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and exemplary customer service skills. You will be establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. You will assist clients with billing inquires and help them navigate the payment process. Maintain accurate client records, interactions and transactions.

What You Need For this Position:

• High school diploma
• Experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient with computers and various software applications
