Client Services Representative (Banking) jobs in Kansas City, MO

Miller Management is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. Our singular mission is to serve churches and nonprofit organizations with value added accounting & administrative products and services to assist those organizations in furthering their mission.

Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process weekly and monthly accounts payable for a block of assigned clients
• Process bank deposits and bank transactions
• Process donor contributions
• Distribute internal client work for processing
• Assist team members when workload necessitates
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented
• Excellent problem solver
• Organized
• Enjoys multi-tasking
• Prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with churches and/or nonprofits is a plus

This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a schedule of 21 hours per week, working Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is based on education and experience.
