Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. acts as the customer's go-to banking resource to deliver in-branch services, referrals, and product information, resulting in enhanced satisfaction and broadened customer relationships. Identifies customer needs and uses current knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. Provides research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.   • Lawn Doctor is hiring a part-time customer service representative (CSR) to join our team!  In this role, the CSR will do a variety of things with a primary focus on helping serve our customer base.

    Job Description: This position will reflect Lawn Doctor’s core value: We are a client-focused organization of integrity that puts customer satisfaction and care first. Candidates for this role must understand the client or potential client’s needs are the primary focus, not profit. Profit’s will naturally flow when clients are properly cared for. This role is in the public eye and is all about developing and maintaining good, long-lasting relationships with our clients. 
      
    Client services and sales is a position for a highly motivated, and energetic individual. The position is a hybrid of client account management and sales. The right candidate is socially fluent, well spoken and an excellent listener. Further, the ideal candidate is confident and capable of restoring our relationship with clients that are unhappy, whatever the reason may be.  Experience with windows/or apple software, social media applications, and general tech- savviness is also preferred. Candidates must learn the industry and will be trained to do so, but any lawn care industry experience and knowledge is preferred. 

    You May be a Great Fit If: 
    • Proficient in basic computer skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong ability to learn new things, i.e. new computer software and industry information
    • You can retain extensive information about our services, weeds, mowing and watering instructions, etc., and be able to pass this information along to customers
    • Keep a Positive attitude when customers call in frustrated about their lawns
    • Strong ability to multitask and still perform well
    • Must be able to work well with other office staff
    Responsibilities: 
    • Perform all estimates/evaluations and follow up on leads by phone and or email
    • Schedule annual lawn check-ups and offer solutions and upsell options as needed during the checkup
    • Follow up on lawn checkups by phone or email
    • Run quarterly sales reports to gain insight into which marketing tools generate the most revenue
    • Run cancel reports weekly, and reach out to clients with the goal of reversing their decision
    • Help, if needed, with preparation and implementation of yearly renewal letters and sales mailers
    Compensation: 
    • $15.50-18.50 hr, plus 3% commission paid monthly on sales 
    • QSEHRA (qualified small employer health reimbursement arrangement)-$200 per month 
    • Overtime: pay is 1.5 times the normal hourly wage. 
    Hours: 9am-5pm some overtime during busy season (March-May) 
     
    Education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent 
     
    Experience: Preferred but not required
