We are currently in need of FT veterinary client services representatives for our ever-growing veterinary hospitals located in both Hatboro & Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Approximately, 37-40 hours including weekend flexibility. Looking for mid-shift 12-8, Mon-Fri availability. We are seeking flexible, career-minded individuals that can work well in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be organized, detailed, and customer oriented and able to multitask. Schedules vary and competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package are offered to all full-time employees. One year of veterinary/human receptionist experience a definite plus!
Expectations: The client service representative's main responsibility is to provide exceptional client service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the animal hospital. Specifically, the client service representative is responsible for greeting clients and patients, determining the needs of the clients and patients, and completing the check-in and check-out process. The position requires a practical knowledge of the clinic's procedures and policies and to assist the Hospital Administrator, doctors and techs as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to representing the practice with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude, greeting clients, patients and visitors; answering telephone, answering questions, promoting practice services and products, making appointments, transferring calls and taking messages; proficiently using computers. Veterinary medical terminology a plus!
Preparing patient records, preparing invoices; maintaining an organized and clean reception area; assisting clients with animals, children and packages.
Job Requirements/Skills:
Able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Able to read, write, speak and understand English well. Speaks in an articulate manner and with a pleasant telephone voice. Able to operate a multiline telephone. Able to operate computer system and software in Microsoft Windows 365 environment. Able to apply basic math skills. Able to use a copier, credit card processor. Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and knowledge in EZYVET practice management software a plus!
