Job Summary: The Senior Client Services Coordinator identifies, defines, and analyzes information from member hospitals in support of the benchmark reporting and performance improvement/quality management objectives. Assists client hospitals in the analysis of their data to monitor clinical activities. Maintains strong relationships designed to retain member hospitals, increase engagement, and high degree of client satisfaction.
Specifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytic skills necessary, preferably in the quality of care dimension. Must be able to analyze information and have demonstrated ability to lead initiatives impacting client relations and satisfaction. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required. Must have advance proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
