Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. acts as the customer's go-to banking resource to deliver in-branch services, referrals, and product information, resulting in enhanced satisfaction and broadened customer relationships. Identifies customer needs and uses current knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. processes basic branch service transactions and refers customers to the right resource to facilitate other banking requests. Provides research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Client Services Representative (Banking), Sr. typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Rippowam Animal Hospital is looking to add a Veterinary Receptionist to our Front Desk team! The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, personable, and have a great attitude and work ethic. A desire to learn, the ability to multitask in a busy atmosphere and the drive to advance are key requirements. Responsibilities and Duties
· Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, positive manner
· Field all phone calls and make appointments/take messages as appropriate
· Accept payments at time of service and balance cash drawers at end of day
· Monitor hospital email
· Ensure the waiting room of the hospital remains calm and organized
Qualifications
· Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for animal care
· Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy
· Excellent phone and computer skills
· Ability to work some Saturdays
· Two plus years’ experience at an animal hospital preferred
· Experience with Cornerstone a plus
