Responsibilities include:

• Provide caring customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products or services
• Process invoice payments
• Keep customer records up-to-date
• Schedule appointments and procedures
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with other veterinary hospitals to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and animal handling techniques is beneficial
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
