Veterinary Client Service Representative (PT to FT position; 30-40 hours per week)
Court Street Vet is adding to our team & seeking Veterinary CSRs! Our ideal candidate is an energetic human who is compassionate, reliable, and able to handle a wide variety of front office duties. This candidate will remain calm and kind while under pressure in emotional situations. Candidate will have the ability to multitask answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking clients out, in addition to other clerical duties. Candidate must be comfortable with computers. CSRs are the phenomenal humans at the core of every Veterinary Hospital; you are the first point of contact for owners who need help, the ringmasters of our doctors' schedules, and the skilled communicators who manage the internal and external demands of the day.
Veterinary knowledge is extremely helpful and would afford additional compensation, but we are happy to train the ideal candidate. Customer service experience is required. We are a fun and collaborative team, supportive of each other and providing excellent patient care.
