Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in medical office management.

Duties:
- Supervise clinic staff, including nurses and medical administrative support personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Manage clinic schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary medical supplies
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, fostering a positive work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medical clinic or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical office operations and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Eaglesoft experience preferred)
- Familiarity with managed care contracts and insurance billing processes
- Experience in supervising and leading a team of healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices
- Understanding of acute care practices and patient safety protocols
