Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting staff in various administrative tasks.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise office staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events
- Oversee medical office management tasks such as patient records and billing
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Assist with clerical duties as needed
- Plan and organize office events

-Assist and keep up lab and required certifications

Requirements:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $20.16 - $24.28 per hour
