Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, with a primary focus on insurance and billing processes, patient management, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of insurance verification, billing, and claims processing to ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement.

Manage patient accounts, including billing inquiries, payment processing, and collections.

Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any billing discrepancies or claim denials.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies, coverage limitations, and reimbursement procedures.

Develop and implement efficient billing and accounting procedures to optimize revenue cycle management.

Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on patient scheduling, record-keeping, and other office tasks.

Serve as the main point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery and resolve any scheduling conflicts or patient issues.

Conduct regular audits of patient records, billing statements, and financial reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in dental insurance and billing management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in dental office management, with a strong emphasis on insurance and billing processes.

Proficiency in dental billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Thorough understanding of dental insurance policies, terminology, and reimbursement procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and insurance providers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Proven leadership abilities, including experience supervising and mentoring administrative staff.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
