Job Purpose:
The Director of New Patients at Root Cause Medical Clinic is responsible for managing the process of contacting and scheduling potential patients, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating with the Marketing Department to execute promotional activities effectively and professionally, ensuring a smooth experience for patients from initial contact to their visit at the clinic.
The Director of New Patients collaborates closely with the Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining patients. This includes utilizing various communication channels such as email, text, and phone calls to engage with prospects, as well as organizing events and maintaining promotional materials within the clinic.

- Scheduled Educational Visits
- Educational Visits Scheduled for Next Week
Essential Duties:
- Utilize CRM software to contact leads and schedule Educational Visits (EVs)
- Coordinate with prospects via phone calls, emails, and texts to schedule EVs
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure timely communication and engagement
- Send necessary forms and information to scheduled EVs via email and text
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate prospect information
- Track progress of Scheduled EVs until their arrival at the clinic
- Execute email campaigns and other marketing initiatives as directed
- Maintain daily and weekly statistics related to patient outreach and scheduling
- Assist in event planning and promotion within the clinic
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Communicate effectively with off-site marketers regarding promotional activities
