Clinic Receptionist jobs in Brockton, MA

Franklin Veterinary Clinic located in Franklin, MA is looking a full-time (30 hours) Client Service Representative for our very busy, well established Veterinary Practice.

Job duties:

• Answering phones & fielding calls
• Booking appointments, taking prescription, and food orders
• Checking in & check out clients
• Being able to file documentation efficiently and accurately

Experience:

• Experience in the veterinary field a plus but not required
• Must be a dependable, flexible individual with good customer service skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability: 1-2 evenings during the week (we are open till 8pm) and 1-2 Saturdays per month (8am-12pm).
