Clinical Administrative Coordinator jobs in Bennington, VT
Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Being a Clinical Administrative Coordinator ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. Additionally, Clinical Administrative Coordinator may perform other administrative functions as necessary. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Clinical Administrative Coordinator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Environmental Safety Coordinator will support the daily operations of the hospital’s occupational health and environmental compliance programs. The Environmental Safety Coordinator will work directly with Safety Resource Officers and Materials Management teams, assists in hazardous material response, conducts workplace hazard assessments, addresses environmental hazards, performs routine indoor air quality analysis, performs noise surveys, and ensures overall construction safety.
What Makes You Awesome:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- Prior experience working in an inpatient hospital setting
- Certified Health Safety Professional or OSHA HAZWOPER Certifications highly desirable
