Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Being a Clinical Administrative Coordinator ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. Additionally, Clinical Administrative Coordinator may perform other administrative functions as necessary. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Clinical Administrative Coordinator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.   • What you'll be doing

    • Perform routine work in accordance with established procedures and guidelines by acquiring core knowledge required for the role.
    • Document all referrals, invoices, and status calls accurately in administration system as measured through observations / audits.
    • Manage assigned caseload effectively to meet or exceed departmental productivity, quality, and time service standards.
    • Meet or exceed all telephone service commitments and replies to all customer service inquiries / voicemails in accordance with department time service standards.
    • Complete all rush record requests same day in accordance with department time service standards.
    • Resolve customer or client escalations with support from management as needed.
    • Support and promote change management and departmental / enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
    • Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
    • Comply with all company and site policies and procedures.
    • Make a positive contribution as demonstrated by offering suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures, and processes.
    • Remain current in profession and industry trends.
    • Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime as needed.

    Pay Range : $; Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

    The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
