A leading acute care hospital located in southern New Jersey is now seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Endoscopy to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This renowned medical center is home to 250 inpatient beds and supports a medical staff of nearly 3,000 healthcare professionals. This location offers various clinical specialties including maternal fetal medicine, emergency and critical care, surgical services, cardiovascular and pulmonary care, neurology, and diagnostic services. 

Reporting to the Director Surgical Services, the Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Gastroenterology and Pre-Admission Testing areas. Daily responsibilities include organizing department staffing of 25 FTEs, managing patient flow, ensuring quality patient care, has oversight of department resources and fiscal budgets, enhanced performance improvement initiatives, and collaborates with the Nurse Director. What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Registered Nurse RN licensed in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain 
• Progressive nursing leadership experience in perioperative setting
• Expert knowledge of surgical nursing procedures and standards
