The Clinical Nurse Manager will manage OB and Pediatrics and report to the Clinical Director. The Clinical Nurse Manager of OB and Pediatrics will collaborate on strategic vision, develop department goals, benchmarking, policies and procedures. The Manager will have oversight of the OB & Pediatrics department staffing, Quality and Performance Improvement and coordinate resources with other department leaders. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred but not required. Charge Nurse experience will get you a quick interview.
