The RN Assistant Manager Emergency will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative operations within the ED. They will supervise the treatment of patients in the emergency department, act as a resource and provide guidance to the ED team, and assist with administrative duties such as staffing and compliance with regulations.
The ideal RN Assistant Manager Emergency candidate will have their Bachelors of Science in Nursing and current New Mexico RN license. Previous supervisory experience in the Emergency Department is preferred. Candidates with their Associates Degree in Nursing will also be considered.
