Reporting to their Director of Acute Care Services, the INTERIM Nurse Manager Critical Care will be responsible for leading and managing Critical Care ICU and Float Team. Responsibilities of the INTERIM Nurse Manager Critical Care include overseeing day to day operations, department staffing and evaluations, updating policy procedures, assisting to prepare for upcoming accreditation and surveys, ensuring regulatory compliance, and ultimately being a positive leader, mentor, and educator to both the employees and patients throughout the unit.
