Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Spearhead financial reporting efforts across all locations and product lines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the complex rollup of financial statements for corporate stores, both domestically and internationally.
• Manage program settlements accurately applying funds to correct entities and programs
• Responsible for correctly accounting for program settlements across the balance sheet
• Direct key aspects of the traditional controllership function, including reviewing and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
• Supervise a team, including overseas employees, driving performance through coaching, delegation, and fostering innovation. Utilize external insights to influence outcomes and drive team goals.

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager

• 7 - 10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Bachelors degree
• CPA certification or MBA is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and OneStream is a plus
• Experience with DAX accounting system
• Big picture thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
