A leading acute care health system based in upstate New York is now seeking an experienced Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This system comprises multiple acute care hospital locations, along with three critical access sites and many regional outpatient locations. Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of 3 regionally located renal care sites, including inpatient and outpatient care. The Nurse Manager will manage a team of 50 FTEs, direct working schedules and patient flow, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, manage department budgets, provide guidance and leadership to nursing staff, serve as a liaison between dialysis services and organization leadership, and serve as an active member of various committees.

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York or ability to obtain
• Progressive experience in renal care and dialysis setting
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing setting
