The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and expanding Data Center customers by researching markets, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategies. This role will be primarily responsible for all new Data Center customers in the United States.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Conducting research to identify new customer needs and improve sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Working with the marketing team to help develop specific marketing strategies that drive business.
• Scheduling and planning of customer visits and lunch and learns.
• Drive new business by seeking out opportunities with new and existing customers, close on customer orders.
• Gather and provide competitor feedback.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships to generate profitable sales.
• Monitors support teams to ensure orders are executed as agreed.
• Tracks and reports proactive activity monthly.
