A leading critical access hospital located in west Texas is now seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Specialist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This critical access location boasts just under 20-beds and offers a full spectrum of acute care services. This location currently offers a number of services including cardiovascular, emergency, imaging and laboratory, surgical, respiratory, and rehabilitation services.

Reporting to the Director Quality, the Clinical Quality Specialist will analyze data, further develop the quality assurance program, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. The Clinical Quality Specialist is responsible for submitting chart abstracted data, develops new policies and procedures, provides detailed record keeping, assists with training and special projects, handles external clients, and recommends changes within the practice teams.
