Clinical Data Specialist jobs in Stockton, CA

The Data Enrollment Specialist will be the data entry processor for state-funded child care and preschool programs. The position will assist in the completion of state-required reports.

• Implement timely application processing according to enrollment procedures
• Enter application data into the Childplus database
• Verify applications for compliance
• Provide in-person, phone, and written contact with staff and families for follow-up
• Follow up with inquiries continuously by phone and/or written correspondence
• Monitor certification of families on a day-to-day basis to keep up with centers' needs
• Provide administrative support for the enrollment department in recruiting and certifying families
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Associate degree preferred OR Three years experience in a non-profit program, state or federally funded programs
• Must be 18 years of age
• Working knowledge of state attendance and fiscal reporting
• Working knowledge of state regulations
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) in English with staff, children, and families in an effective manner
• Produce and maintain a clean, valid California Driver's License and proof of current California Auto Insurance
• Working knowledge of computer programs, specifically Childplus
• Bilingual a plus
