Clinical Educator is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for clinical health workers. Identifies professional development needs, facilitates training, and conducts in-service sessions. Being a Clinical Educator conducts research to stay current with health care regulations and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clinical Educator requires certification as an instructor for both ACLS and BLS. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Clinical Educator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical competencies of our nursing staff.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives for nursing staff.
    Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
    Facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    Collaborate with nursing leadership to support clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
    Monitor and ensure compliance with continuing education and certification requirements.
    Lead orientation programs for new hires and ongoing support for staff development.


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred.
    Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or educator role.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organizational abilities and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
