Reporting to the Service Line Heart and Vascular Director, the Nurse Manager Cath Lab will lead a team of 30 employees over the Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiovascular Pre and Recovery and the Interventional Angiography Laboratories. The Nurse Manager Cath Lab will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the department budget, ensure regulatory compliance, update policy procedures, assist with staff education, and cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The Nurse Manager Cath Lab will be supported by a team of specialized nurses with cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology and critical care backgrounds, along with a dedicated Radiologic Technologists, Vascular Technologists CVT, and ancillary staff.
