As an evening/night shift Supervisor Clinical Laboratory, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services within a highly-regarded 250 bed hospital with working hours of 3-11:30 PM. The Clinical Lab Supervisor’s leadership will guide a team of dedicated professionals as they conduct vital diagnostic tests, providing accurate and timely results that are crucial for patient care. 

Duties for the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor include setting goals, advising on policy, assigning objectives, and defining practice standards. Additionally, responsibilities encompass planning, verifying, evaluating, and ensuring the competence of all staff conducting routine and specialized technical procedures, thereby upholding performance quality standards.The Supervisor Clinical Laboratory will receive support from Certified Lab Technicians, Charge Technologists, Lead Laboratory Technicians,Laboratory Pathologists, and other Laboratory staff. 

The ideal Laboratory Supervisor candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience with one year of supervisory/leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science and certification as an MLS, MT, CLS, or equivalent.
