Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Helping Hearts provides behavioral health services in single family residences. We have been proudly serving the mental health community since 2008. We have many shifts available at our multiple locations in the Phoenix area. We are looking for compassionate staff to join our team. We prefer experience; however, we recognize traditional work experience is not the only form of experience. All staff will complete a new hire training that will provide for Arizona State Caregiving Certification, CPR/First Aid and CPI Certification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The hourly rate of pay for this position starts at $19 per hour, depending on experience. Shifts are Monday through Friday.
