Psychometrist - Assessment Administrator

Clinical Psychology Services, PLLC (CPS) is a clinical group practice located conveniently in Portage Michigan. Clinical Psychology Services works closely with a variety of professional organization in West Michigan to provide psychological assessments, neuropsychological testing, and follow-up counseling. We are seeking a well-rounded, passionate individual to fill the role of Psychometrist.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Administrator will be responsible for the administration of psychological tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist
• Assist patients with questionnaires when needed
• Assist Psychologist in completing the intake of patient information / history
• Document behavioral observations of patients during assessments for use by psychologist and neuropsychologist in determining diagnoses
• Follow all HIPAA regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of clinic practices, documentation, and testing
• Scanning and uploading data to the EHR system

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelors in psychology, counseling, or social work
• Must be able to perform duties with accuracy, validity, and must pay close attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients and their support people (partners, parents, guardians, etc).

Ideal Candidates

• Have a working knowledge of psychological, neuropsychological, personality, or educational assessment tools

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $125.00 per client

Experience:

• Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
