    What You Will Do:

    Reporting to the CMIO, the Manager, Clinical Informatics serves in a system role across the organization by specializing in patient care processes and clinician workflow, leads initiatives to promote effective process design, development and implementation of the electronic health record and other technologies. The Manager organizes the work of the Clinical Informatics Team and collaborates with the nurse informatics team, the training team and other informatics teams to help define informatics processes and standard operating procedures for the Informaticist work.

    What You Will Bring:

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field, or equivalent work experience required

    Experience
    Minimum (5) years combined management/leadership and/or clinical/operational experience in a hospital or major medical center with evidence of clinical information systems use and implementation, experience with implementation of clinical systems in the hospital and/or ambulatory setting.

    Certification & Licensures
    Certification in clinical, health, or nursing informatics required
    EPIC Certification required

    Qualifications
    Certification in clinical, health, or nursing informatics, Epic accreditation/ certification(s), experience with clinical applications e.g. Epic, Fuji, and Hyland OnBase, ability to quickly grasp and apply technical skills required for utilization of multiple software applications and ongoing involvement with various project vendors, strong organization and presentation skills.
    Ability to work closely with clinicians to improve usability.
    Systems analysis and design, clinical workflow analysis, knowledge management, change management, process improvement, data literacy, data analytics, methodology creation, program evaluation, project management; use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
    Knowledge and experience in Clinical Informatics and the application of Informatics principles.
